Our Seven Intergenerational Tenets.

Focused on What Matters.

Our 100-Year Strategy provides a way of thinking that ensures we make decisions with future generations in mind. It’s a long-term framework designed to evolve with the environment, the needs of our shareholders and the community.

Our delivery is guided by seven intergenerational tenets, principles that shape how we plan, operate and invest. This structured approach ensures we stay focused on outcomes that matter across the four capitals: natural, social, human and economic. They also enable alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs), a globally recognised framework for measuring progress toward sustainable development.

Our commitment to the UN SDGs was first communicated in 2021. Today our actions align with 11 of the 17 goals most relevant to our business, reinforcing our broader commitment to people, the planet and prosperity.

The following table highlights initiatives either underway or completed this year, bringing our tenets to life through real world action and impact.
